First day of the 2019 - 2020 season will be Saturday November 30th at 9AM


Minot Rifle and Pistol Club (MRPC) is a North Dakota Shooting Sports Association (NDSSA) affiliated club. Our Junior Shooting Program is open to both the public and the membership - Everyone is welcome to participate. 


The Junior Shooting Program is a platform to introduce young shooters to the shooting sports. During the program, participants learn firearms safety and marksmanship. Many juniors from this program have gone on to compete at the state and national level. Several participants have also received college scholarships.

All necessary equipment for the program is provided by the Minot Rifle and Pistol Club. Equipment includes: firearms (small-bore .22 rifle, air rifle and air pistol), spotting scopes, shooting jackets and gloves, mats, slings, and eye/ear protection.

The program runs Saturday mornings (check calendar for scheduling) from 8:00AM until 10:00AM (precision / advanced) and 10:00AM until NOON (sporter / new participants / 4H) at the Indoor Range. The cost is $10 for the first child and $5 for each additional child (cash or checks are accepted). The program is open to both boys and girls, ages 8 to 20.
